The First Lady’s Luncheon will honor the achievements of African American women of distinction and achievement. These highly successful women have excelled in their chosen fields of endeavor through leadership by example.
Inaugural Symposium and Lecture
For more than 100 years, Alpha Phi Alpha has prepared young men for leadership. With the historic crisis facing young Black boys in the twenty-first century, the Fraternity will renew its focus on addressing the issues negatively affecting our youth. This Inaugural Symposium will begin the dialogue that will guide our efforts for the future.
"A Taste of Atlanta" Reception
Open to all inaugural attendees, this premier reception will feature a “Taste of Atlanta” theme sure to keep our mouths watering long after the event is concluded!

Inaugural Concert
Featuring the musical stylings of one of the nation’s top recording artists, the Inaugural Concert Performance in honor of the Fraternity’s 33rd General President promises to be a fitting ending to an historic weekend of celebration, networking and reflection.
